Your mission
As an IT Coordinator, you will take responsibility for and oversee all IT-related tasks at MAIN5, including:
- Organizing and coordinating IT operations, supporting business departments with IT inquiries, acting as the interface between IT and business, monitoring external service providers, and ensuring IT and data security through risk management.
- Managing IT projects such as the implementation of new systems, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution by providing targeted support to business departments and project teams.
- Ensuring smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, coordinating procurement and implementation of IT solutions, and overseeing IT security in collaboration with external providers.
- Maintaining IT documentation, providing regular reports to management, and supporting budget planning for IT-related expenses.
- Advising management and teams on IT matters, assisting with the selection of IT solutions, and training employees in the use of new systems and tools.
